Agreement Summary: By using Kinvia, you agree to these terms. You own your content, grant us a license to display it to your family, and agree to use the service responsibly.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kinvia governing your access to and use of the Kinvia app and related services.

2. Eligibility

To use Kinvia, you must:

Be at least 13 years of age
If under 18, have permission from a parent or legal guardian
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant Kinvia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content to users you have connected with as family members.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Harass, bully, or threaten other users
Attempt to access other users' accounts
Reverse engineer or exploit the service
Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep Kinvia available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
